Our fish roe comes exclusively from fish raised in our own ponds, nourished by pure spring water from the Rodnei Mountains. They’re prepared according to our own recipes — passed down and perfected over time — so highly appreciated that Chef Paul Constantin featured one of them on his YouTube channel, in front of tens of thousands of food enthusiasts.

For those who want to take the authentic taste home, we offer live trout, caught directly from our large ponds fed by clean, cold mountain water. You choose it on the spot, see it swimming, and we’ll prepare it for you to take home. It doesn’t get any fresher than this.
